How do I go about hiring an employee? What is the procedure?

ANSWER: We have a very simple procedure for hiring an employee
  1. Click on the EMPLOYER section of the homepage fill in the details given in the Employer Form and get registered. After registration you can login with your Username and Password after which you will find 4 different sections of Employer Requirement Forms they are Silver plan, Gold Plan, Gold Plus Premium and NRI Plan.   2. The submission of the Employer Requirement Form Kaamkhoj.co.in will start working on your requirement for the desired candidate as given by you in the employer requirement form. This procedure will take maximum 3 days.

What is the difference between a Nanny and a Babysitter?

ANSWER: A babysitter takes care of a Child (children) of any age who are in need of supervision. They may work for both part time and full time basis. They may also agree to handle additional services such as cooking, tutoring and light housekeeping jobs for any such extra expectation of job then the Employer should discuss with the employee during the interview process.
A nanny is referred to as Amah and they are also known as Ayah. The nanny is a specialist working in the family’s home, responsible for all tasks related to care of the child (children) from birth to 9 years. Nannies may be employed on a part time and full- time basis. This will depend upon the domestic circumstances and preferences of the family. The nanny will serve as a loving, and trustworthy companion to child (Children). They may also agree to handle additional services such as cooking, tutoring and light housekeeping jobs for any such extra expectation of job then the Employer should discuss with the employee during the interview process.

What is offered by Kaamkhoj.co.in about the candidate?

ANSWER: We provide very reliable employees to our employers we hold the following details of the employees. Complete Bio-data, References & their Photograph. Copies of any one or more documents like Pan Card, Aadhaar Card, Ration Card, Passport, Voters ID, Driving License, Bank Passbook, Electricity bill, Telephone bill (whichever is available).

What categories of employees are available for full-time or part-time?

ANSWER: We offer part-time(any time during the day), full-time(morning to evening) and 24 hours (Live-in) services across India and only 24 hours (Live-in) service outside India (abroad) for categories like Housemaids, Cooks, Nannies, Babysitter, Nurses and Drivers.

From where are these Employees?

ANSWER: We provide Employees in and around your area or from out stations.

What happens, if the employee provided by Kaamkhoj.co.in is not up to the mark?

ANSWER: We will provide the employer only one replacement within one month from the date of signing the contract. If the employer is not satisfied with the employee we will provide the employer the replacement as per the requirement within 7 working days. This is applicable only for the silver and Gold Plan. In the Gold Plus Plan we provide two replacements in two months. In the NRI Plan there is no replacement scheme.

Do I need to pay overtime if the employer works for extra hours?

ANSWER: The amount if any to be paid should be resolved between the employer and the employee. We suggest the employer to resolve all these issues before the selection of the employees.

Does Kaamkhoj.co.in look into the matter of Employees Annual Leave/ Monthly Leave/ Replacement Medical/ Work Timings/ Type of job/ Salary/ Increment of Salary and any other miscellaneous issues?

ANSWER: We suggest all the above issues to be resolved between the employer and the employee. Kaamkhoj.co.in or any of its staff members will not be responsible or liable or be a mediator between the employer and the employee. We suggest the employer to resolve all these issues before the selection of the employee.

What happens if there is a theft in the house?

ANSWER: For the safety of the employers valuable belongings we suggest the employer to first register the employee details like photograph, address or any other related documents of the employee to the nearest local police station and complete all the formalities required by the police authorities as any of the Kaamkhoj.co.in Management or staff members will not be responsible or liable for any incident.
